The overlapping joint has been designed to remain hidden, visually preserving continuity along the longitudinal overlap. The work is carried out at a greater construction speed, resulting in significant savings in terms of time and money. It allows the builder to use shear bolts to make the slab work together with the main structure, achieving lighter structures with a weight saving of up to 40%. Likewise, by reducing the cant of the beams, the height of the building is reduced, resulting in additional savings in walls and finishes.
